
You will receive a comprehensive consultation including your personal health history. Computerized body-fat analysis is also available. Sessions are private one-on-one instruction or with a friend. Strength training, toning, resistance, balance, cardio and interval workouts are all customized to your needs. All the latest in equipment and workouts. Workouts are 50 minutes per session.
